2018 FINALISTS & THEIR PROJECTS
4-WEEK POST-HACKATHON PROGRAMME
Week 1 (November 19th-23rd) : Set up and Value Proposition
The first week was devoted to the general programme orientation and alignment of the projects with the key criteria. Teams validated their value proposition and drafted the first versions of their concept notes.
Week 2 (November 26th - 30th) : Build It Up & Business Model
During the second week teams looked at a bigger picture and the context of their ideas. They planned how their projects can be sustainable in the long-term and mapped out key players (stakeholders) around their projects.
Week 3 (December 3rd - 7th) : Implementation Planning
In the week 3 teams went into implementation planning. They drafted the necessary activities one-by-one and planned the resources. They drew project timelines to show how they would proceed after the end of the programme.
Week 4 (December 10th - 14th) : Budgeting & Final Polishing
Last week was spent on budgeting for the ideas and final polishing of the concept notes. Teams went through the final checks with the facilitator before turning their final work for evaluation.
